Surviving, Striving & Thriving Welcome!
Surviving, Striving & Thriving is a support group designed to provide support for adults (18+) who struggle with suicidal thoughts or who have survived a suicide attempt.
- We meet to provide understanding through mutual experiences, learn coping skills from one another, and provide additional resources in the community while building a support system in order to create a safety net and promote healing.
- Surviving, Striving & Thriving is led by trained peer facilitators who have also experienced ongoing suicidal ideation and/or have survived a suicide attempt. Our facilitators are not licensed professionals and the group is not therapy.
- Every Thursday evening from 5:30 pm PT / 6:30 pm MT / 7:30 pm CT 8:30 pm ET:
If you have any questions about the group, please contact the lead facilitator, Charlotte Tankersley at (720) 745-9252 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Hope Group also offers an eight-week support group that runs as needed throughout the year for adults and teens struggling with suicidal thoughts or who have survived a suicide attempt for those who need more support than our drop-in group offers. More information about the eight-week adult group, Choose Life!, can be found here. More information about the eight-week group for teens, Teens Surviving, Striving & Thriving, can be found here.
