Surviving, Striving & Thriving is a monthly support group that exists to provide support for adults 18+ who struggle with suicidal thoughts or who have survived a suicide attempt.

We meet to provide understanding through mutual experiences, learn coping skills from one another, and to provide additional resources in the community while building a support system in order to create a safety net and promote healing.

Surviving, Striving & Thriving is led by trained peer facilitators who have also experienced ongoing suicidal ideation and/or have survived a suicide attempt. It is not provided by licensed professionals and is not therapy.

We meet on the second Thursday each month from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm via Zoom due to COVID-19. We will resume our in-person meetings in Study Room 2 at the Sheridan Library as soon as it is safe to do so.
