Choose Life! Support for adults who have survived a suicide attempt or who have ongoing suicidal thoughts (also known as suicidal ideation or SI).

Choose Life! is an 8-week peer-facilitated support group that provides an opportunity to meet and talk to others who have survived a suicide attempt in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and sigma-free environment. The group also teaches skills that can help with coping with suicidal thoughts and feelings in order to stay safe in the future. In addition, optional recreational group activities outside regular group meetings, including a group community service project, provide opportunities to foster growth, increase self-esteem, and offer members a chance to give back to the community while building a larger support system, increasing their protective factors, and promoting further healing.

Choose Life! meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm MST. The cost is $150 for the 8-week session. This includes all course materials, activities, and light refreshments at each session (when in person).

Regular attendance is required to facilitate group and individual healing.
